Instructional Design Team Performance Manager

The Instructional Design Team Performance Manager is responsible for providing operational leadership, coaching, and execution support for the Instructional Design team. This role serves as the primary day-to-day leader for Instructional Designers, ensuring projects are executed effectively, priorities are managed appropriately, and team members receive the coaching and support needed to perform at a high level.
