PROTÉGÉ Graduate Trainee, Pavement Projects (Kuala Lumpur)

UEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing our young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities

• Support pavement maintenance projects across the project lifecycle, from tendering and contract award to final account and project close-out.
• Assist in preparing project reports, cost estimates, financial updates, and CMS submissions to ensure timely reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors on project documentation, financial reporting, and tender activities.
• Participate in annual work planning, tender documentation, and Board Tender Committee (BTC) paper preparation for upcoming projects.
• Gain hands-on site experience by supporting construction planning, site documentation, and daily project administration, including JMS and Site Diary preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
