Restaurant Reception Manager

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Reception Manager to join one of our restaurant venues in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and guest-focused hospitality professional to lead the reception team and deliver a seamless arrival and departure experience within a fast-paced, luxury dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train and develop the reception team.
• Ensure every guest receives a warm, professional and personalised welcome.
• Oversee daily reservations, table allocations and guest flow.
• Manage VIP guests, special requests and guest preferences with discretion.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant management and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure the reception area is consistently presented to the highest standard.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of reception team members.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the venue, menu, events and wider group portfolio.
