About The Role

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead assembly-based manufacturing operations supporting the Busway product line at our Anderson, SC facility. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing daily production activities to consistently meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) objectives.

The Production Manager will lead and develop supervisors and production teams while driving operational excellence, workforce capability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
