Student Worker - Athletic Ticket Sales & Membership

Employees will work with other student workers and full-time staff to assist in selling full menu of ticket options via phone calls, face-to-face appointments, in-stadium meetings, and special events. Answer inbound phone calls and emails to the Ticket Sales department and provide superior customer service. Make outbound touch-point calls to current season ticket holders and perspective ticket purchasers as part of call campaigns.
