Manager-Quantity Surveyor-Data Center

Key Accountabilities

• Manage interim payment applications (IPCs), valuation and certification
• Assess and negotiate variations, change orders and contractor claims
• Maintain cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections
• Administer contracts or equivalent forms
• Support final account preparation and close-out

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate Developer / Construction Company and min 2 years experience in Data Center
