Facilities Management Advisor

This person will serve as the principal expert on facility operations, space planning, project oversight, asset control, and contract compliance. This role supports both the Department of State (DOS) and other U.S. agencies at BDSC by providing technical guidance, coordinating complex projects, and advising on operational needs, safety standards, and resource allocation. The advisor collaborates closely with senior leadership, contractors, and interagency partners to ensure smooth execution of maintenance, renovations, ICASS workload tracking, and infrastructure modernization efforts. Strong skills in project management, safety compliance (OSHA/local standards), and stakeholder coordination are essential. A bachelor’s degree, Secret clearance, and extensive facility and project management experience are required.
