About The Role
Systematically evaluates the strengths, needs, preferences, and challenges of infants and children, in collaboration with the family, as part of a NJ Early Intervention Team. Collaborates with family and other Individual Family Service Plan Team Members to develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) which incorporates family priorities/concerns, clinical observation, and evaluation/assessment data to develop child and family outcomes. Implements evidenced-based instructional practices in the child s natural environment.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology. 1 year of documented professional experience with individuals from birth to five years of age who have developmental delays and disabilities. Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, State of NJ. This includes temporary licensure, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellowship Status.
