Relationship Manager, Corporate Deposit

Primary

• Managing Relationship of an assigned portfolio of deposit customers under Corporate Banking and FIG.
• Preparing sale pitch and indicative term sheet to bid for the deals with Corporate and FIG customers.
• Facilitating with Global Relationship Manager of the principal account for smooth deal referral for cash management and/ or Credit.
• Ensuring all relevant documents are complied with both internal group compliance and regulator.
• Leveraging internal and external networks to enhance the new-to-bank customer base.
• Conducting know your customer/ customer due diligence for all new onboarding and review.
• Understanding customers’ needs and cross-selling relevant trade finance/loan and other products or services to increase wallet share and to improve revenue per client.
• Coordinating referral of customer’s management team and supply chain to the relevant business unit.
• Understanding all relevant policies and procedures to prevent operational issues.

Secondary

• Handling customer requests and engaging with relevant stakeholders to achieve satisfactory customer experience.
• Promoting teamwork in daily work.
• Refer loan application to credit/loan team.
• Other task/ project assigned.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree Business.
• At least 5 years of working experience in banking.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to develop mutually beneficial business relationships with internal and external parties and apply innovative end-to-end propositions that will generate significant business opportunities.
• Experience and/or knowledge of trade finance will be an added advantage.
• Results-oriented individual, resourceful and strong business connections in identifying and developing business opportunities.
