About The Role

Draft, vet facility letter, agreement and security documents
Instruct and liaise with the Bank’s external solicitors on various matters including non-standard form facility and security documents, redemption, etc.
Review & check loan documentation to ensure credit terms comply with credit approvals and term sheets
Ensure all conditions precedent are met before disbursement
Follow up with relationship managers / legal counsels / operations department on outstanding documentations / conditions subsequent
Monitor and ensure receipt of insurance cover for collaterals held by the Bank and timely renewal of insurance policies
Safekeeping of security documents & trouble shooting for team mates
Take on projects & ad-hoc tasks as & when assigned
