Risk and Control Specialist - CIB SG

•As RCS for the Department, performs First Line of Defence (1st LoD) functions and is responsible for ensuring the execution of an adequate and effective compliance and operational risk management processes in accordance to regulatory as well as the Bank’s Policies & Procedures (P & P).Actively collaborating with Risk and Compliance (ie 2nd LoD) to drive the non-financial risk and compliance initiatives for the Department.

•Support Head of Risk Control Unit (RCU) / Head of Department (HOD) to champion risk culture within the department. Provide independent advice and implement proactive risk prevention strategy, ensuring effective risk identification, measurement, control assessment and mitigation of the operational and compliance risk arising from the Department’s business strategies and activities to ensure departmental non-financial risk controls and practices
