Support the strategies and initiatives to optimise processes, leveraging technology, automation and best practices to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence/resilience.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement project/ processes/ controls/ systems, review/analyse existing process with the objective to simplify, enhance, automate and/or eliminate the process.
Coordinate information for decision-making in Singapore Operations and Head Office reporting. Support and implement organizational goals and initiatives, as well as Singapore Operations Financials, Management Reporting, and selected regulatory reporting.
