The role supports the execution of talent management, graduate hiring and development, employee engagement, and organisational development initiatives in CIMB Singapore. This role partners closely with the Talent Management and Engagement Lead to operationalise talent strategies, while owning and delivering end-to-end graduate and campus hiring programmes.
