Head of Risk and Control - CMTB SG

Lead the Risk & Control function for Commercial Banking, ensuring effective compliance and non-financial risk management in line with regulatory requirements and the Bank’s policies and procedures. Partner with Risk and Compliance (2 LoD) to drive risk initiatives, strengthen risk governance, and maintain a robust control environment.

Act as the key risk advisor to the Head of Commercial Banking, championing a strong risk culture and overseeing the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of operational and compliance risks across lending, client servicing, and business activities. Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards while driving proactive risk prevention and control enhancements.
