Learning Designer, Professional Development

The International Baccalaureate (IB) depends on high-quality, ongoing professional development that provides transformative experiences for international educators so they can do the same for IB students. As the IB continues to grow, the organization intends to broaden the access and impact of its services and programmes. Therefore, the Professional Learning department strives to provide an increasing number of workshops and services to new and experienced IB educators to build the capacity of IB teachers globally. The Learning Designer will play a thought partnership role in implementing innovative digital design into Professional Learning product development consistent with IB philosophy.
