Head of People, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)

The Head of People is a functional leadership role, supporting, shaping, and embedding the IB’s people and culture vision across the region.

Within this role you’ll be responsible for fostering a workplace culture rooted in excellence, innovation, inclusivity, and engagement.

As part of the People leadership team, the Head of People is responsible for ensuring that employee programs are tailored to enhance employee satisfaction, drive business results, and position the organisation as an employer of choice.

In addition to this, you’ll also be a trusted advisor and strategic business partner for two members of our Executive team to provide expert advice and guidance on HR practices and trends, actively influence key organisational decisions, and ensure compliance and people risk matters are effectively managed.
