Day- to -day responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert in store for all things fragrance ; helping our customers to find the best scent for th em and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through - out the store

What success looks like in this role

• Proven fragrance experience and knowledge of top, middle and base notes; for the body and home
• Highly skilled at taking customer s on a journey to find the right fragrance notes for the ir needs , whether it be their new daily scent or providing an in-depth wedding consultation helping the happy couple choose memorable scents for their special day.
• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to leave the store feeling amazing
• An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
