Aruba Technical Support Engineer-Wireless Infrastructure

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, monitoring, documenting, troubleshooting, and optimizing a large-scale Aruba wireless network infrastructure that provides critical Wi-Fi services throughout Miami International Airport. This role supports Aruba wireless controllers, 1,000+ access points, wireless authentication services, management platforms, and related network infrastructure. The Technical Support Engineer serves as a primary technical resource for wireless operations, incident response, problem management, performance optimization, and lifecycle management of the airport's enterprise wireless environment.
