The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic HR business partner to site leadership, providing comprehensive support for all human resources functions within a manufacturing environment. This role leads employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and organizational development initiatives. Responsible for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, the HR Manager coaches leaders, advises employees, ensures compliance with employment regulations, and drives programs that support business growth and employee engagement. The position oversees an HR Generalist, collaborates closely with corporate HR and operational leaders, and champions talent development, succession planning, and employee experience initiatives while aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and operational excellence.
