Senior Manager - Business Analysis

The Senior Manager – Healthcare Digital Business Analysis is responsible for bridging healthcare business objectives with technology solutions by leading business analysis activities across clinical and non-clinical digital initiatives. The role partners with clinicians, physicians, healthcare leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to understand clinical workflows, patient and caregiver journeys, and operational requirements, translating them into clear business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, customer journeys, process flows, and solution designs.

This is a hands-on leadership role that leads requirement discovery, business process analysis, and solution definition while working closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric healthcare technology solutions.
