Participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle including Requirements Gathering,Configuration,Training,UAT,Live.
Respond to Business Needs & Prepare the needed Documents professionally.
Supports multiple projects/tasks within assigned area of oracle HCM.
Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
Strong Knowledge is must with fast formulas calculation and validation with HCM modules
High Knowledge with HDL, HSDL, sandbox, security profile.
Provide HCM Consultancy Services along with application Technical Solutions with Technical team.
Supporting finance team to closing monthly payroll costing.
