We are currently looking for an Intern R&D VPM to join the team in São Paulo. This role provides practical learning opportunities, exposure to real business processes, and ongoing support from leaders and team members.

A Day in the Life

• Support vehicle performance development and evaluation activities throughout the product development cycle.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Who We’re Looking for

Required

• Currently pursuing a bachelor´s degree
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn and proactive mindset.
• Basic knowledge of automotive engineering principles and vehicle systems.
• Intermediate to Advanced English Level
