About The Role

The Advanced Data Analytics Officer (Analytics track) translates raw hospital data into actionable
insights through high-quality dashboards, reports, and visual analyses. The role is primarily focused on
the consumption and visualization layer — designing and building Power BI dashboards that clinical,
operational, financial, and quality stakeholders use to make daily decisions. The Officer engages
directly with end-users to understand requirements, builds dashboards end-to-end, and partners with the
ADA data engineering function to source and validate the underlying data. The role operates with a
high degree of independence, navigates ambiguity in a transforming organization, and supports the
Group's value-based care strategy through clear, decision-grade analytics
