HR Business Partner

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Drive Organizational Development initiatives to improve business performance.
• Oversee performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Develop employee engagement and retention programs.
• Support organizational restructuring and change management projects.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist .
• Proven experience leading and managing an HR team .
• Strong background in Organizational Development (OD) , including:
• Performance Management
• Succession Planning
• Talent Management
• Competency Frameworks
• Employee Engagement
• Organizational Design
• Learning & Development
• Change Management
• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Personnel, and HR Operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English is highly preferred.
