Senior Site Architect - Finishes Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Site Architect with 5 years of site execution experience to join our team in Nasr City.

In this role, you will be fully responsible for overseeing all finishing works from a strict architectural perspective. You will ensure seamless material transitions, impeccable detailing, and flawless coordination between different trades, managing packages ranging from core & shell completion to high-end interior and exterior finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Exterior Finishes Management: Supervise and approve the execution of facade works, including GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), Curtain Walls, and Cladding.
• Interior Finishes Management: Overlook all interior finishing stages, including plastering, painting, and intricate interior architectural details (Core & Shell / Fit-out).
• Architectural Coordination: Manage and resolve architectural relationships and transitions between different finishing materials on-site to ensure design alignment.
• Shop Drawings Review: Review, update, and cross-check shop drawings against actual site dimensions to eliminate any conflicts before execution.
• Subcontractor & Quality Control: Manage subcontractors and site labor, ensuring all execution complies with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of solid on-site execution experience, with a heavy focus on finishing packages.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical background in GRC, Curtain Wall systems, Cladding installation, and high-end interior finishes.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, site coordination, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for architectural aesthetics and details.
• Location: Must be able to commute daily to Nasr City, Cairo.
