Site Engineer ( Mid-Level )

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all structural concrete and finishing works on-site
• Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules
• Coordinate daily activities with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource allocation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Ensure implementation of quality control procedures
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site
• Resolve technical site issues and provide effective engineering solutions
• Participate in inspections, project handovers, and snag list closures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer
• Strong experience in concrete and finishing works
• Previous experience in residential, resort, or coastal projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordination
• Ability to manage subcontractors and lead site teams effectively
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
