Site Engineer

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, including progress updates and challenges.
• Monitor material usage and manage site resources efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site engineering issues.
• Supervise and monitor the installation of cladding, aluminium, and glass façade works.
• Ensure façade works are executed according to approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with façade subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely project execution.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to façade systems and installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Hands-on experience in Cladding, Aluminium, and Glass Façade projects is a must.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools is a plus.
