Starwood Hotels purchasing and receiving life: It requires organization, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. We're currently looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Receiving Agent to join our Culinary team. Reporting to the Executive Chef , this role is responsible for receiving and inspecting all incoming deliveries, organizing and storing products, maintaining accurate receiving records, and ensuring inventory is handled safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position that requires frequent lifting, moving boxes, and supporting the daily operation of the hotel's receiving area.

About you...

• Previous receiving, warehouse, purchasing, or food & beverage experience is preferred.
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy boxes and standing for extended periods.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to inspect deliveries, verify invoices, and report discrepancies.
• Works well independently while collaborating with the Culinary team and vendors.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or receiving systems are a plus.
