About The Role

The Assistant Manager, Finance Systems & Financial Transformation is responsible for managing, optimizing, and continuously enhancing the Company's financial systems, with a primary focus on Oracle ERP and related finance applications. The role serves as a strategic bridge between the Finance and Information Technology functions, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support financial operations, reporting requirements, governance standards, and business objectives.

The incumbent will lead system improvement initiatives, oversee vendor engagements, support digital transformation projects, and build internal capabilities to strengthen AirBorneo's Finance Systems Centre of Excellence (CoE). The role also plays a key part in reducing reliance on external service providers by developing in-house system expertise and driving continuous process improvement.
