Reviewing insurance applications to determine coverage levels and premiums based on established guidelines.

Analyzing risk factors using basic underwriting principles to assist in the decision-making process.

Calculating premiums and establishing payment methods for policyholders within defined parameters.

Maintaining accurate records of underwriting decisions and policyholder information in compliance with company practices.

Collaborating with senior underwriters to learn about risk assessment and underwriting strategies.

Assisting in the preparation of policy terms and conditions under direct supervision.

Participating in training sessions to enhance knowledge of insurance products and underwriting processes.

Providing support in the resolution of policyholder inquiries and issues by gathering necessary information.

For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of X to Y (NY), [X to Y (GA), X to Y (CA)]. Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.
