Account Officer- Davao (Full time)

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing

• Receive and evaluate loan applications.
• Conduct background checks, residence verification, and business assessments.
• Analyze clients' repayment capacity and recommend loan approvals.
• Manage and monitor assigned dealers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and implement recovery strategies.

Customer Service

• Address client concerns and provide financial guidance when appropriate.
• Educate borrowers on loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial responsibility.

Reporting and Compliance

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Safeguard client information and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

*MALE (bawal small heart)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
• Basic knowledge of sales
• Proficient in MS,tech savy is a plus
• Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driver's license is an advantage.
• Can work under pressure will less supervision.
