Job Purpose

The functional systems analyst’s primary objective is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. Collaborates with the technical resources on the development of technical solutions to business problems.

Education & Certification

• B.S. in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with computer applications
• Any relevant certification is an advantage: (such as but not limited to)
• CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional)
• PSM (Professional Scrum Master)
• ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)

Experience

• Preferably with more than 3 years previous experience as Business or Systems Analyst.
• Preferably from an Insurance industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Experience in automation tools is an advantage:
• Collaborations and tracking: Jira / Slack / Teams
• Testing: Selenium; Appium; Junit… etc.
• With experience in cloud solutions is an advantage
• Hands-on experience
