Operations Staff - Open Enrollment

Pre-Training Activities

• Prepare all equipment for training participants (e.g., name tag, notebook, etc.)
• Prepare and copying the training material as required.
• Prepare training pre-event arrangement pre-events (e.g., venue, food & beverage, logistical support)
• Ensure the readiness of overall participant equipment for training and the availability during program (e.g., name tag, notebook, name tag, desk name, pen, etc.)
• Maintain Information System and Learning Management System in related program
• Conduct re-scheduling process (if needed) and inform related lecturer about the revised schedule.
• Ensure the collection of program evaluation information
• Communicate with participants regarding program’s schedule and activity

During Training Activities

• Conduct training program event arrangement (e.g., facility, administration, food & beverage, etc.)
• Ensure the attendance of lecturer during training sessions.
• Check lecturer schedule and ensure the availability of substitute lecturer when needed

Post-Training Activities

• Provide the training report, recap and inform the evaluation training to all participants.
• Report training evaluation to direct supervisor
• Prepare and distribute the training certificate

Management Support Activities

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement

•Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
