⚖️ What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with professionalism and compassion
• Conduct client intakes and manage case files from intake to resolution
• Request, track, and organize medical records and essential documentation
• Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Prepare and assemble compelling demand packages
• Negotiate medical balances and assist with settlement preparation
• Support attorneys with trial, mediation, and arbitration prep
• Collaborate closely with the legal team to drive case success
