Interco Order Desk

• Process customer inquiries related to manufacturing processes and the supply of finished products and components.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Production Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
• Communicate with customers regarding order fulfillment timelines, shipment readiness, production delays, and changes to delivery schedules.
• Receive production orders for finished goods from the company's international partners, register them in the company's ERP system, and monitor the order status and production progress until completion.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher . Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
• Experience working with 1C, SAP, or other ERP systems .
• Proficient PC user with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office .
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of business communication etiquette.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
