Order to Cash (OTC) Officer

Got a sharp eye for detail and a knack for keeping orders moving? We're looking for an Order to Cash (OTC) Officer to be the accuracy engine behind a high-volume, multi-system order process.

About the Role

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturing and distribution business supplying major retail, foodservice, and institutional customers nationally. As their OTC Officer, you'll own the order-to-cash process end-to-end — from order entry through to accurate, on-time delivery — working across multiple systems and portals in a fast-paced, transactional environment.

What You'll Do

• Process and monitor customer orders end-to-end across an ERP system and multiple customer/carrier portals (~35 orders a day and growing).
• Determine and confirm accurate delivery dates/times, and build daily load sheets for carriers across multiple distribution sites.
• Locate and match customer items within internal systems to keep order fulfilment accurate.
• Liaise with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to keep every order on track.
• Maintain accurate data for operational and customer KPIs, and pull light reporting/analytics on request.
• Support accurate invoicing, help resolve billing queries, and contribute ideas for process improvement.

What You'll Bring

• A solid understanding of order processing / order-to-cash fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail — you double-check the details others miss.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team.

Nice to Have

• Background in customer service, data entry, or order entry/fulfilment — a customer service background looking to grow into order entry is very welcome.
• Experience in a shared services environment.
• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft D365) or similar platforms.
• Comfort using multiple customer-facing systems/portals.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
