Procurement Manager

Coaches and manages the work activities and has full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (50%)

Leads procurement projects that affect current processes and/or suppliers/vendors. Supports cross-functional activities with engineering, manufacturing, and business unit projects. (30%)

Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet procurement objectives that support the business. Ensures that the team maintains proper controls for procurement of goods and services. (10%)

Evaluates staff levels for current and future requirements and identifies training and development requirements. (10%)
