Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- -
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.

- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.
- -
- Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client.
- -
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- -
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- -
- Work closely with the product development, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience
- -
- Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field from premier institutions.
- -
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- -
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- -
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- -
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
