Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. A successful sales executive can investigate the market, identify opportunities, work together with pricing and operations, develop service and/or design a new service & attract customers for a sustainable long term cooperation.

The ability to meet or exceed KPIs, produce results & utilize resources effectively and efficiently are the key factors of a highly motivated sales professional who can take a managerial role within the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & targeted sales
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales as well as market reviews
• Participate in Domestic exhibitions
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Proven experience in sales & freight forwarding
• Portfolio of potential clients highly appreciated
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office & CRM/ERP
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
