About Us

Elect Capital backs ambitious businesses across the UK, Canada, Australia and the US with fast, transparent funding. We deliver 1โ€“9 month business financing with daily or weekly repayments, and 90% of completed applications receive an offer within 4 hours. Whether clients apply directly or through a broker, we make the funding journey sharp, clean and simple. We're not here to reinvent financing. We're here to do it better.

Our Mission

  • To back ambition โ€” disrupting traditional finance and connecting businesses to capital that moves as fast as they do.
  • Our Values: C.O.R.E
  • Challenge โ€” Ask the hard questions. Improve what you touch.
  • Opportunity โ€” Spot it. Shape it. Run with it.
  • Resilience โ€” Stay steady. Adapt fast. Keep momentum.
  • Edge โ€” Think sharp. Move sharp. Stand out.

The Role

  • Take full ownership of Elect's broker and partner network, acting as the escalation point for deal sign-off, negotiations and fast decisions.
  • Line-manage and grow a team of Partnerships Executives
  • Set the strategy and targets for the partnerships function, and own the results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the broker and partner relationship function end-to-end, acting as the ultimate point of contact for complex queries, escalations and edge cases
  • Provide sign-off and steer on deals and negotiations, drawing on strong commercial and sector knowledge to make fast, sound calls
  • Line-manage a team of Partnerships Executives, providing day-to-day support, coaching and clear direction
  • Own broker/partner strategy and targets, and report on performance to senior leadership
  • Maintain a small number of your own key broker relationships, alongside leading the wider function
  • Work cross-functionally with underwriting, sales and operations to ensure smooth, efficient deal flow
  • Continuously improve processes for onboarding, education and ongoing engagement of brokers

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in broker/introducer relationship management, ideally within SME lending, fintech or a related financial services environment
  • Sharp commercial judgment and the ability to make quick, confident decisions on deals and negotiations
  • Comfortable being the escalation point for a busy, fast-moving team
  • A track record of building trusted relationships and spotting commercial opportunities
  • High ownership, low ego, fast execution

Bonus : People management experience โ€” though we're just as open to a strong individual contributor ready to step up into their first leadership role

Our Offer

  • A fast, focused environment where impact is immediate.
  • Full ownership and a voice in how we improve.
  • Growth opportunities with a company scaling quickly.
  • A team that values clarity, pace, and practical thinking.
  • Competitive salary and a path for progression.
  • The chance to contribute to a mission-driven company.
