About The Role

  • Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System
  • Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment
  • Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations
  • Engage with customers to encourage additional purchases to drive sales
  • Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
  • Perform gate deliveries (Aus & NZ Flights)
  • Support I-Shop Changi procurement (pick and pack)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Minimum education qualification: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
  • At least 1 year of cashiering experience.
  • A professional appearance.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to read, write English
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to work midnight shifts duties in Changi Airport environment
  • Must be able to commit 5 days a week including weekend & Public Holidays

  • Grooming Allowance and Meal Allowance (Fixed $255 per month)
  • Variable ticketing commission (up to $400 per month)
  • Shift Allowance (if applicable, up to $440 per month for permanent midnight shift)
  • Joining Bonus $600 for local Full Time new hires (subject to T&C)
