We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience isn't essential—we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same. Depending on the department you're working in, you'll help with a range of production activities, including:

• Preparing fresh produce for packing
• Sorting and grading products to quality standards
• Packing and labelling finished products
• Carrying out visual quality checks
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Working with your team to meet daily production targets
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

Full Training Provided

We'll support you from day one with a comprehensive induction covering

• Food Safety Level 2
• Allergen Awareness
• Manual Handling
• COSHH
• Safe working practices
• Production processes

Working Environment

• You'll be working in a temperature-controlled fresh produce facility (typically 3°C–5°C). The role involves standing for long periods and some manual handling.
