About the role
- Manage a caseload of participants
- Actively engage with participants to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employers
- Clearly identify and address barriers preventing participants from being job ready
- Deliver engaging one on one appointments aimed at getting your participants motivated, job ready and on the path to employment
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes
About you
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in case management
- Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people who are unemployed
- You are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solve
- The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI’s and targets
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
- Previous experience in Employment Services, Sales, Recruitment or like industries is highly advantageous
A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this position. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a police check, it is not mandatory to have a clear criminal history.
