About The Role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a highly skilled Consultant Spine Surgeon to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. The successful candidate will specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of spinal disorders affecting the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. The role involves delivering world-class patient care using advanced surgical techniques within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced consultant holding UK CCT or an equivalent internationally recognized Board Certification in Orthopedic Spine Surgery or Neurosurgery with a Spine Surgery subspecialty.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Completion of specialist training in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery .
  • Fellowship or subspecialty training in Spine Surgery .
  • UK CCT or an equivalent internationally recognized Board Certification (American Board, Canadian, Australian, Irish, New Zealand, or other recognized qualifications).
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-CCT/Board Certification experience as a Consultant Spine Surgeon.
  • Extensive experience in minimally invasive and complex spinal surgery.
  • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration abilities.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
