About The Role

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Oral Medicine Specialist to join a leading healthcare provider in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis and non-surgical management of complex oral and maxillofacial conditions, including oral mucosal diseases, oral manifestations of systemic disorders, salivary gland disorders, and medically compromised patients.

This role requires advanced clinical expertise, excellent diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered oral healthcare within a multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/DDS/DMD) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Completion of specialist training in Oral Medicine .
UK Specialist Training / CCT in Oral Medicine or an equivalent internationally recognized Board Certification .
Eligibility for or possession of the relevant UAE health authority dental license (DHA, DOH, or MOH, depending on the location).
Minimum of 3-5 years of post-specialist qualification experience as an Oral Medicine Specialist.
Extensive experience in diagnosing and managing complex oral diseases and medically compromised patients.
Strong clinical reasoning, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration abilities.
Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice and continuous professional development.
