Specialist / Consultant Oral Medicine in a Leading Healthcare Facility

A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Specialist / Consultant in Oral Medicine to join its multidisciplinary dental team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to work in a state-of-the-art clinical environment, providing expert diagnosis and management of complex oral and maxillofacial conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage oral mucosal diseases, salivary gland disorders, orofacial pain, and other complex oral conditions.
• Evaluate and manage oral manifestations of systemic diseases.
• Perform oral cancer screening and biopsy procedures where appropriate.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and coordinate care with oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, orthodontists, oncologists, ENT specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Interpret radiographic and diagnostic investigations to support clinical decision-making.
• Educate patients on preventive oral healthcare and long-term disease management.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and international standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing professional development.

Requirements

• BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental qualification.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Oral Medicine (Master's, Specialty Certificate, Board Certification, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialty clinical experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and multidisciplinary patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
