About The Role

A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant Pediatrician to join its dedicated Pediatrics team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including respiratory, infectious, gastrointestinal, and developmental disorders.
  • Conduct routine child health assessments, growth monitoring, and preventive healthcare services.
  • Evaluate and manage complex pediatric cases and coordinate referrals when required.
  • Provide guidance to parents regarding child health, nutrition, immunization, and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, neonatologists, emergency physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and safety standards.
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, teaching, and continuing medical education.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
  • Completion of accredited postgraduate training in Pediatrics .
  • Recognized specialist qualification (e.g., MRCPCH, American Board of Pediatrics, FRACP Pediatrics, CCT Pediatrics, or equivalent ).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialty clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
