Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize product descriptions, specifications, attributes, and categorization.
• Research products and collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and SMEs to develop accurate product content.
• Manage and optimize product images using photo-editing tools.
• Generate reports from PIM systems to identify and resolve product content gaps.
• Maintain existing product listings to ensure accuracy, SEO optimization, and improved conversion rates.

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce product listing, copywriting, technical writing, content management, or photo editing.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with PIM, DAM, CMS, and eCommerce platforms.
• Good content writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Aftersales Parts and SEO principles is preferred.
