Pay Range

  • The target annual pay range for this position is $83,424 - $94,800. The full annual pay range is $75,840.00 - $113,760.00
  • We provide an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for those employees who can support our members' financial needs effectively in a second language; subject to verification of strong grasp of financial terms utilizing language skillset.

Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Purpose

Responsible for driving sales performance, business development, and exceptional member experience within the branch all through the lens of growth. Owns branch-level production results for membership growth, loans, deposits, and referrals while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Leads and coaches a high-performing sales team, actively participates in outbound business development efforts, and builds strong community and business relationships to expand the Credit Union’s presence and market share. Success in this role requires strong sales leadership, accountability, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed branch sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drives overall branch sales performance, achieving goals for membership, loans, deposits, and product penetration.
  • Develops and executes a strategic branch business and sales plan aligned with organizational growth priorities.
  • Leads by example through direct participation in outbound calling, community engagement, and referral-generation activities.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with local businesses and community partners to grow membership and lending opportunities.
  • Champions consultative, needs-based selling to increase wallet share and deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • Recruits, develops, and retains a high-performing, sales-driven team with a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Conducts regular coaching focused on sales behaviors, outbound activity, pipeline management, and closing effectiveness.
  • Monitors branch and individual performance using KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards; implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensures exceptional member experience by balancing service quality, operational excellence, and sales performance.
  • Maintains full compliance with credit union policies, operational controls, regulatory requirements, and BSA standards.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams—including operations, lending, and marketing—to deliver consistent and seamless member experiences.
  • Uses performance data, market insights, and financial results to adjust strategies, manage expenses, and ensure budget and growth target alignment.

Previous Experience

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in retail financial services.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience leading teams with direct responsibility for sales performance and growth.
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales goals in a branch or financial services environment.

Working Conditions

Physical Sitting for extended periods of time when performing duties. Lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds. Occasional bending and/or reaching for supplies on ground level. Continuous use of hands in repetitive tasks such as simple grasping, twisting/turning of wrists. Finger dexterity to perform various clerical duties such as typing, writing and maintaining files. Continuous speaking and hearing for interaction with staff and vendors. Continuous clarity of vision at 20 inches or less for normal processing of work.

Mental Continuous alertness, precision, and concentration to provide accuracy of work. Frequent performance of basic numeric calculations, as well as writing, reading, comparing and analyzing. Frequent use of judgment, reasoning and patience in executing multiple projects concurrently. Continuous problem solving. Continuous initiative in performing duties with little or no direct supervision.

Environmental Duties performed in an office or branch setting. Uses job specific software (including Microsoft Office products) and security equipment as needed to perform role. May have to work long hours and/or irregular hours such as evenings and weekends. Travel to attend meetings and training sessions is required and may occur before or after regularly scheduled hours.

  • Includes an option for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance to be paid at a 100% by company for the employee only coverage.
  • We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions, and Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA).
  • Employees also have access to Life and AD&D insurance.
  • Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan.
  • Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis.
  • Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.

All benefits except 401k start the first of the month following date of hire. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
