As an Audit and Assurance - Digital Assurance Senior Associate, you will focus on providing assurance services over clients' digital environments, including processes and controls, cybersecurity measures, data and AI systems, and their associated governance. This role is crucial in helping organizations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while complying with relevant regulations. As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills within our Assurance practice to provide independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information. You will evaluate compliance with regulations, assess governance, and manage risk processes and related controls. This position offers the opportunity to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, enhancing your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations of financial statements and internal controls to enhance credibility and reliability
• Assessing compliance with regulations and governance processes to identify potential risks
• Providing insights into clients' digital environments, including cybersecurity measures and data systems
• Utilizing auditing methodologies to review and validate internal controls and processes
• Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
• Collaborating with clients to build trust in their technology and compliance frameworks
• Implementing data quality assurance testing to maintain data integrity and accuracy
• Leveraging cloud engineering and AI platforms to optimize digital assurance processes
• Developing a deeper understanding of business contexts and adapting to changing environments
• Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Chartered Accountant
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
